Process Facilitation

IEI Consultants provide effective facilitation for small and large organizational groups that provides them with a safe, comfortable, and goal oriented process in achieving positive outcomes. Our consultants have facilitated national and international  groups  for profit and non-profit organizations and have been successful in assisting them in reaching their stated goals. Our facilitation is based on extensive pre-meeting assessments to ensure clarity as to the stated desired outcomes.  While some of our facilitations involve just one of our consultants, we also provide gender balanced co-facilitation.  We collaborate with our clients at each step of the process.
